Our Company at Work

The majority of our staff are Support Workers, providing care to clients in their homes from our network of service centres. Support Workers are supported from each Service Centre by Service Coordinators who manage client services and staff and Client Services Officers who roster our services.

Our service management, IT, finance, HR, training and development and marketing staff are located in the Head Office in Melbourne .

Training & Development

A highly skilled workforce is one of our strongest assets. The company values its staff and the contribution they make to our clients and offers free training and support programs to all staff including the Certificate III in Home and Community Care and Aged Care.
