Greetings to all clients, families and care managers.

 

First, I would like to thank all of you who responded to the Client Satisfaction Survey. We had an excellent response and appreciate the time you took to consider the questions and give us your feedback.

 

The replies were collated and analysed by an external consultant (Lime Consulting). The results indicated 95% satisfaction from the 2500 clients who responded- that is 53% of those sampled. It is, of course, heartening to all of us who work to provide responsive and reliable care to all concerned. The responses also indicated areas for improvements and these will be managed over the coming year. These areas included improvement around advising clients of changes in their service and alternative options for payment of accounts.

The staff have also participated in an external Best Practice Australia Staff Survey, which was conducted in all Little Company of Mary  Health Care services. The Calvary Silver Circle staff were found to have high engagement in the company and their commitment to client care was also very high. Again, there are areas to work on but the findings confirmed how fortunate we are to have staff in all roles and across all sites so committed to our clients and the values of the organization.
