Silver Threads - Winter

Welcome to the Winter edition of the newsletter. Since the last newsletter I am delighted to advise you that Silver Circle has expanded into Adelaide in late April, acquiring an existing service, HCS Home Care Services. HCS has a similar history to Silver Circle, being established by community care professionals in the early 90’s seeking to provide flexible, responsive care to people wanting to remain at home.

This acquisition provides the company with a strong base in South Australia from which it can further develop its services. Therese Theodosi has been appointed Area Manager of the Adelaide operations and she will oversee the transition and integration of the services over coming months. The Silver Circle staff have been warmly welcomed by their HCS counterparts and we anticipate that merging the best aspects of both services will only enhance service for all.

The Annual Client Satisfaction Survey has also been conducted and analysed over the last 3 months. Thank you to all who responded. Again we were very pleased with the high level of satisfaction reported across all aspects of serviceoverall satisfaction being 92% this year.
