Acquisition of Silver Circle and HCS Home Care Services
Little Company of Mary (LCM) Health Care today announced the expansion of its services through acquisition of a major home care services provider which operates in Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia.

LCM Health Care, which operates the Calvary health and aged care services in four States and the ACT, has acquired Glad Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Ramsay Health Care, trading as
Silver Circle in Victoria and New South Wales, and HCS Home Care Services South
Australia.   Mr David Butt, National Chief Executive Officer of LCM Health Care, said today that Silver Circle/HCS Home Care Services would complement the organisation’s existing Services in a number of locations around Australia.
