Who supervises Support Workers?
Our Support Workers are supervised by and are responsible to a Service Coordinator. The Support Workers generally work alone but are in regular contact with their local Service Centre. Good communication with the Client Services team is essential. Support Workers liaise closely with Client Services Officers who schedule their jobs and monitor work. Support Workers report any changes they notice in the client or client’s environment to the Client Services Officers and may be required to work closely with health and care staff from other organisations also assisting the client.
